イントロダクション

日本で制作を始めた「Rocks」シリーズを継続し、より大きな表面で実験を始め、自然からインスピレーションを得た作品「Waterfall」二部作のような黒と白、光と影のゲームや、日本の俳句伝説や詩から影響を受けたアズライト(藍銅鉱/らんどうこう)、金、銀を使った作品（「ReSonance」）を制作している。

普遍的なテーマから出発し、日本画の技法を尊重しながら、日本美術の美的ルールを自由に解釈し、より普遍的なインスピレーションの源を求め、独自の芸術的ビジョンを構築している。ポストモダニズムと伝統的な日本画の架け橋となる私の研究は、自然の対照的な側面だけでなく、自然環境の制限、砂漠化、地球温暖化といった人間の強い影響にも関連している。

Introduction

As he continued with the series “Rocks”, which he started creating in Japan, and began experimenting on larger surfaces, composing works inspired by nature – the black and white, light and shadow game as the “Waterfall” diptych, as well works created using azurite, gold and silver – influenced by Japanese haiku legends and poems (“ReSonance”).
Starting from universal themes and approaching them in a way that respects the Nihonga technique, the artist interpretates freely the aesthetic rules of Japanese art, seeking for more and more universal sources of inspiration and building his own artistic vision. Building a bridge between postmodernism and traditional Japanese painting, his research is related to contrasting aspects of nature, but also to the strong impact of the human being – the restriction of the natural environment, desertification, global warming.
